  The location of the hotel is excellent, overlooking the sea but also within walking distance of the beautiful old Venetian town. The superior room was very comfortable with a sea view. The hotel offered an excellent buffet breakfast including fresh orange juice, fruit, yoghurt, hot and cold savoury buffet (bacon, eggs, bake - We arrived too early in the morning, wanted to leave our suitcase till the check in time that we could hanging around the city. But the staffs are very kind, they told us to sat down for a drink, and during that time they made our room so we could check in! The location was perfect (20 min slow walk from airport, 10 min walk from city center), rooms are huge and clean, breakfast was perfect (everything was great but the freshly squeezed orange juice was superb).   The staff at reception were fantastic. We had some problems with our flights to the island and the reception staff were outstanding in helping us to resolve them. We felt like they really cared and wanted to do anything to ensure our stay in Zakinthos was relaxing and fun. The service was better than I have seen anywhere around the world. - I travel through luxury hotels an this one was in top, I care about location and this hotel was quiet and comfortable on the side of a touristic area. Staff is very very friendly and helpfull. Swimming pools are preatty nice and deep enaugh to enjoy. Food is excelent specially dinners with a hand made deserts! Bravo!
