We are a family of four with a 4 and a 7 year old. The hotel was easy to find, excellent location to walk to the centre, easy parking and great value for money. We had a two bedroom suite and we only paid EUR55 which was superb. The rooms and bathroom were clean, modern and well insulated, with aircon and anything you need for a comfortable stay.

Large suite of two rooms, huge balcony with wonderful view. Very friendly staff, good breakfast. Very good place to use as a base for exploring Evia and Attica, 100 km from the airport (about 1 hour by car). Within 15 days we stayed here, we travelled around almost all Evia (except the northern end), three times were to Athens and even visited Meteora monasteries 320 km away. All in one-day trips, spending all nights in hotel.

The welcome from the owner, george was really nice, he gave us a map and explained the local area and where the best beaches were, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very big with really huge terrace and a separate room for the fully-equipped kitchen. The breakfast was rich and healthy. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic time in Evia and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Xenia Residence in Pili. The residence itself was perfectly clean, spacious and had wonderful views. The staff were friendly too. It is true that Pili is a little isolated but it is a short drive from there to other nearby places of interest so this makes it an ideal place to stay
