What was there not to like about 9 Muses Exclusive Apartments?!? The location is outside the port so you are away from the noise but not that far away. The Katina Studios are very clean and tidy. It was possible to cook simple meals, or meals could be ordered from the staff if use was not made of the myriad other restaurants and eating houses nearby. Found Katina Studios to be very clean and well run with Fortini the manageress and staff, very friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble. Snacks were always available and well presented at reasonable prices. Location is fantastic! Beach, shops and restaurants right around the corner! The staff was super! The lady in the reception was always helpful and did everything with a big smile on her face! The lobby bar was super, as well as the bartender! Rooms are big and clean, free air condition.Very good breakfast! We stayed there in October, so it was quiet, but I would think that in June-August it will be quite noisy, because the "Bar Street" is just around the corner.

To ξενοδοχειο ειναι μια μικρη οικογενειακη μοναδα , καθημερινη καθαριοτητα στα δωμάτια , θα μπορουσες να το χαρακτηρισεις ενοικιαζομενα καταλυματα αλλα εχουν καθημερινη καθαριοτητα . Our room was big with a nice balcony, the staff is very friendly. The hotel has a nice pool, and is also close to several great beaches. Free wifi is a plus. There are a few small shops nearby, otherwise you need to walk for 15 minutes - for us that was quite nice, for instance the walk back from dinner late at night along the beach with the sky full of stars. -
Wonderful, cosy, frendly and peaceful hotel! Close to the non busy beach. The center of Marmari at 15 min. walk by beach. At 5 min. walk - windsurf station. Kiters start on the right side at 3 min. walk. Special thank's to the owners of the hotel Maria, for charming family breakfast and musaka. Olga speak russian. Here everybody very frendly people!

We had booked one room but the owners offered to move to a two-room apartment, at no extra cost, because we are three people. The staff were very helpful and so friendly. The rooms were clean. Compared to other hotels down in town Hillside is also a much more quite location to stay.
Hillside is located about 12-16min walk from town. I am not writing this as a negative as our group was more then happy to save the money we did and just walk.
