Everything that I had read in previous reviews is true and more. From the moment that we arrived Lefteris, Stavros and family made us feel welcome. By the end of the holiday, we felt like we were family.

We spent 12 days in Sept 2013 in this location and we can say that everything was more than perfect. We are very lucky to discover the wonderfull location at Anastasia Princess in Perissa. The two brothers managing this hotel, Stavros and Lefteris, are very friendly, helpful and ready to help every guest with information about region, history of island, villages. They are making you feeling like a family member.

Overall this was my favourite hotel during a 3 island hopping break. I thought our room was absolutely fabulous it felt stylish, chic and modern. We received a complimentary upgrade to an ocean room with our own balcony. The breakfast was delicious with an extensive amount of choice. (I particularly enjoyed the pancakes.) Beautiful Santorini property with stunning views of the caldera. I had a suite with a private plunge pool and thoroughly enjoyed my 5 day stay. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive with the right mix of being there when needed and leaving me alone. Private cave swimming was an unexpected surprise.

Teh pool and the rooms are beutiful.
The view of Caldera is amazing, the best view on the whole island, better then in Fira (Imerviglion is at highest point on this side of the island).

We stayed at Villa Ilias in June 2013 and couldn't be happier with
our choice.
Our room was on the pool level which we liked: we could hang out at the pool and reach for everything we needed in our room! The room is modern and clean, with a small kitchen and fridge which is perfect as eating in Santorini can be expensive.
The breakfast was simple but tasty, and the staff was really helpful with any questions we had. You can even borrow board games, books and movies, great service!
