We loved this hotel. I was worried a bit that it would be a typicalbusiness hotel (based on pictures from internet) but it has beenrecently renovated and it was great. Δεν χρειάζεται αυτοκίνητο και μπορείς να παραμείνεις στην πλάκα τουλάχιστον 4 ημέρες. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι ιδανικό για ξεκούραση, πολύ καθαρό και προσεγμένο. -

Everything was perfect. It's a family run business and you are treated like family. They were always very kind, picked us up at the port, drove us to the rent-a-car in the town, offered some local food specialties twice so there were no words to describe the kindness of all. The apartment was great, comfortable and modern, with a fully equipped kitchen, so we definitely recommend villa nireas!

Nice environment, all services available in the hotel - The views are beautiful. Breakfast is very good. The room was relatively big with adequate closet space and many hangers. The pool area and spa building with salt water hydrapool are very nice.

The location was fantastic, 3 minute walk from the old town. Beautiful views of the port amnd the town. The room was well designed and confortable, lots of space and a little balcony that overlooked the sea. The pool was small but so well designed and the little lounge areas scattered around are lovely. -

The Theoxenia was perfect, a great location and very helpful staff. Each morning a delicious breakfast was brought to our balcony. The staff was extremely accommodating, we had an early flight the last day and they were nice enough to make up a special breakfast tray the night before. They were also helpful in arranging tours and giving ideas of restaurants and things to do while in Santorini.

It was quiet during the day, but in the evening you had the option to stay at the restaurant, had few drinks and socialise.
