The whole trip was just lovely and I wouldn't have changed a thing. My previously holiday-shy boyfriend loved everything about the holiday and especially the restaurant (Corinne Star) in the grounds of the hotel. It was the best of the restaurants we tried in both Kalamaki and Chania. The staff were very hard-working, warm and helpful. The beachside setting was beautiful, westward facing so you can enjoy the sunset while eating dinner at the poolside. Really hoping we can come back soon :)

Staying at Falassarna Beach Hotel was an amazing experience, the hotel was very clean, the rooms were tided up every single day, the customer service was excellent and the definitely great value for money.
We also got a huge room which had so much space and also a nice kitchen where one can easily cook a meal if you want to.

The location is fantastic, at the end of the road in Falasarna close to lovely beach and also 2 km walk from 'Big Beach ' if you want to go there. You can also walk to Ancient Falassarna through the olive groves and this is worth a visit. the bus to Chania and Kastelli-Kissamos goes from outside the hotel.

good location, perfect for not only the standard beach experience: loads of possibilities to see amazing nature, desolated places, mountainous areas (rent scooter, car, quad, bike). very helpful and friendly staff, spacious apartments in a nice lay-out. everything is well arranged and easy-going at Artemis! -

Our suite was just amazing. Breathtaking view over the countryside. Wine and a few other products as welcome pack. Great staff, available at all time. This is the perfect place where couples or families can relax and at the same time, try the excellent products of the area. Teas, herbs, olive oil, different jam flavours and so on. I would recommend this place to all kind of people who wish to stay away from the chaotic town life.

Sitia Bay is an apartment hotel which has good quality fixtures and fittings, and focuses on maintaining a clean and friendly environment for guests. The rooms were cleaned properly every day and clean line supplied. The kitchen actually had pots pans and crockery (which many apartments boasting kitchens do not have). The manager was not push and intrusive but did offer great advice on where to go and what to see when we requested information. We were sad to leave!!

Traditional Village Hospitality at its best!

We liked the hotel very much. The location is good, near the beach, bus stops and tavernas. It is safe with children. The garden is beautiful with all trees and flowers. The staff was very kind and service was very good too. Our back door wasn't first working but it was fixed the very next day we arrived. The pools were clean. I really can recommend.
