  This is the very best hotel! We toured Crete for 11 days and wished we had stayed here for more than 1 night.   The staff were so welcoming , particularly Georgos , and the welcome meeting with free glass of champagne and smoked salmon blinis was a really nice touch . We were upgraded and our room was lovely with fabulous view to spinalonga and hot tub on the balcony . Another very nice touch was free bottle of very good quality Cretan red wine .   Went back after 5 or even more years. Everything was as good as i expected. Especially i like the management decision to renew the hotel. It is really unspecific for Europe. A lot of activities and friendly staff.   We are a large family, 2 parents and 5 children, and just got back from Elounda Gulf Villas. We had a dreamy vacation that will be remembered. The place is beautiful and easy going, the people are amazing and even the other guests we encountered with were super nice. Amazing facilities truly felt special and vip with their excellent customer service. Will defiantly come back again!
