The view was sensational and although you are not in the very centre of Oia, you avoid the millions of stairs and tourists. The heart of Oia is no more than a beautiful 10 minute walk along the cliff with sensational sea views. The suites are as amazing as they look online, the air conditioning works well, and and the daily breakfast is delicious. We hired a quad bike for a couple of days and the location of Oia Suites means you can ride your bike right up to the hotel. For an amusing night out

The place is very comfortable and designed with a good taste. The delicious breakfast was served by the pleasant host of the hotel on the terrace with amazing view to caldera. The hotel is located at the beginning of the main pedestrian street and it`s within 10 minutes walk from the sunset viewpoint. There is a tavern near the hotel with reasonable prices and nice food. The presence of the cute Bella (the host`s dog) added the lovely charm to the cosy atmosphere of the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located right opposite to a bus stop (bus stop name same as hotel name). The hotel has an outdoor tavern (reasonably priced) which was very helpful as we arrived late and tired. Located at the bottom of the stairs we had a lot of privacy and the cave house was stylishly furnished and spotlessly clean. I was particularly impressed with the old style kitchen and it was pleasant experience to cook there. The private balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea was a major highlight and it was an real enjoyment just laying there and doing nothing :) The infinitely pool was small but nice. The breakfast room had an unbeatable view of the ocean as well.
