It was a nice hotel, no luxury but ok for staying a couple of days in Athens. The best thing about it, is the location, it was close to every attraction in Athens, just walking distance to Parthenon.

The Athos is located within walking distance of the Plaka area and the Acropolis as well as the Temple of Zeus and Hadrian's Arch...we are walkers but this is easy walking. If you can get a room on the 4th floor you can get a spectacular view of the Parthenon from your window. Either way the view from the roof is just as beautiful.. The shopping streets are close by too, as well as lots of good eating options.

was weak, but we could use a neighboring hotel's wifi and it was a

was. The fridge in the room was not already turned on, so we had to turn

with suitcases; walking distance to many historic sites that we wanted

It is a small boutique hotel that is conveniently located between Syntagma and Monastiraki square. It is right along the same street where the airport shuttle drops you off (walk along the street away from the Parliament about 3 blocks). We stayed in the Loft Suite and absolutely loved it! John is a good host, very helpful and easy going! The view from the Loft Suite terrace (with hammock) is amazing; you can see the Akropolis from your chair!
