Would recommend this hotel. Eva, the hostess is a wonderfully friendly and helpful person. We didn't arrive until midnight, she left us a welcome note and instructions about the key. She went so far as to make us a take-away breakfast when we had to leave to catch the midnight ferry. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is meticulously clean, and the beds are the softest I've experienced in Greece so far. The pool area is as good as any luxury hotel, and the outdoor gardens are lovely.

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα!!! Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο, η θέα φανταστική. Το ξενοδοχείο βρισκόταν μόλις 2χλμ από τα Φηρά, το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και ιδιαίτερα εξυπηρετικό οι παροχές του ξενοδοχείου ανταποκρίνονταν στις ανάγκες μας. Η διαμονή μας στο Volcano View, ήταν ένας επιπλέον λόγος να απολαύσουμε την όμορφη Σαντορίνη.... - καλη θεα. εξυπηρετικο προσω

Hotel very clean and staff helpful. breakfast could be more interesting but plenty of choice. coffee dreadful would not bother offering it. pool fantastic and so clean. pool bar quite expensive but we found that all over santorini. bathroom quite old, showers would be better as the bath was quite high to get in and out and for someone old wou

Pretty good value for money. The hotel lacks the famous 'caldera
view' (yet these views are available at less than 5 minutes walking
distance) which saves a huge amount on the room rates. Decent rooms,

Everything was perfect in this hotel. The staff was very kind and
helpful and they upgraded our stay to junior suite as they noticed that
we were extremely tired after 8 hours trip in the ferry. We got our
private swimming pool and jakozi as well. The location was perfect and
its just 5 minutes walk to fira city center so don't worry about the
location. I will stay in this hotel again if I come again to Santorini
