  Excellent value for money. Good position for a visit to Thira and close to central terminal with all the buses to the rest of the island, ferries and airport. Room is basic but clean with all the facilities agreed in place. A small swimming pool is also available and the girls of the staff are friendly and helpful. The simplicity of the accommodation does not affect the comfort and the atmosphere is warm and familiar. We definitely recommend it!

  The location was absolutely stunning as you would expect if you stay on the Calderra. Right in the heart of Thira. The room which was very clean was also gorgeous and quirky which was brilliant. The owner was extremely helpful and very welcoming. For a small fee he picked us up from the port and took us to the airport..   Amazing location (although a little difficult to find) with an envious view! One of the best sunsets I had was from the porch of our room. The room is actually an apartment - very spacious and tastefully decorated. The host live in the same building and are very hospitable and extremely friendly.   Everything!! We stayed in the two bedroom suite with private pool and were overwhelmed by the view and the whole setup of the suite. Read all the past reviews and add even more wow's ! George and his whole staff are so welcoming and nothing is too much for them! I am a very frequent traveller and stayed in amazing hotels throughout Europe but this... τι λέει ο κόσμος » one is now in my top 3 on number one !! Just book it and do not worry satisfaction guaranteed!! Kind regards to all the staff from Gregory and Wanda! - The view was amazing, the suites are on the cliff face. The very private nature of the suites, pool, service very good. Nothing was too much trouble for Albert of George, any thing you wanted they would provide. Very close walking to restaurants and Thira shops and access to the old port cable car, path or donkeys.
