  Everything! It was in excellent location - 5 mins walk from Minster (we could see it from room window) and in opposite direction from station. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. It was also very convenient to the Cathedral and city sites. There was an Internet terminal in the lobby and free wifi there. The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke English well.
