  The staff members were friendly, nice and really helpful all the time. They were all professional and passionate to help guests. And the room was amazing with a beautiful shower and bath tub seperated with the toilet. I stayed with my boss and we could stay at the seperated space since the room had a basement area which was with a extra bed.   The rooms was beautiful and very spacious, especially by European standards. The staff were extremely helpful and accomdating in every way - from check in, to tips for what to see and where to go, to assistance with both our things and our general comfort after we checked out until we actually left Rothenburg.
