The staff members were friendly, nice and really helpful all the time. They were all professional and passionate to help guests.
And the room was amazing with a beautiful shower and bath tub seperated with the toilet. I stayed with my boss and we could stay at the seperated space since the room had a basement area which was with a extra bed.

The staff were extremely helpful and accomdating in every way - from check in, to tips for what to see and where to go, to assistance with both our things and our general comfort after we checked out until we actually left Rothenburg. This was the best hotel on our entire trip. The staff was extremelyefficient, polite, and helpful. They responded inmmediately to ourrequests. We would defintiely stay again if we ever have the opportunityto return to Rothenburg (which we hope we can do). The location is great- quiet, but very close to the main square. Quiet location, close to centre. The hotel oozes charm and character and the room was large and comfortable. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and the hotel is very child friendly. This Inn was recommended by another famous travel guide and it did not disappoint. It is on an out of the way narrow street and it looks like the nearly 600 year old building it is. Inside, taking in the decor is like drinking from a firehose, it is overwhelmingly beautiful, charming, cute, ....you name the adjective.

The hotel was ideally placed, very close to the Christmas market and not too difficult to find. The room was spacious, very clean and warm with the added bonus of free Wifi. We ate in the small , atmospheric restaurant and had a great meal with lovely wine and good German beer! Breakfast was very good and I would definately stay here again. If you are visiting the Christmas Market, please bear in mind that all the stalls close by 9pm so do your shopping first and then find somewhere to eat or

Inside the hotel looks even better than in the photos, very nicely decorated and the room was very clean. We also paid for the parking, but we could park at any time right in front of the hotel, or in the back

we ahd trouble locating the motel it could use better signage, but a quick phone call solved this problem. Location is right next to the old town and a couple of minutes to the christmas markets which were a highlight of a seven week holiday. The hotel was beautiful and very historic. The location was great, right on the corner of the marktplatz and was a great central location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was great..we actually ate dinner there both of our two nights! It was perfect and we will definitely stay there again as Rothenburg

My friend and I ate at supper and it was the best pork I have had in the 4 weeks being here. The breakfast served great choices. Wonderful family owned/run Gasthof. I would stay again if I was visiting this wonderful town.
