The staff members were friendly, nice and really helpful all the time. They were all professional and passionate to help guests.
And the room was amazing with a beautiful shower and bath tub seperated with the toilet. I stayed with my boss and we could stay at the seperated space since the room had a basement area which was with a extra bed.

This was the best hotel on our entire trip. The staff was extremelyefficient, polite, and helpful. They responded inmmediately to ourrequests. We would defintiely stay again if we ever have the opportunityto return to Rothenburg (which we hope we can do). The location is great- quiet, but very close to the main square. This Inn was recommended by another famous travel guide and it did not disappoint. It is on an out of the way narrow street and it looks like the nearly 600 year old building it is. Inside, taking in the decor is like drinking from a firehose, it is overwhelmingly beautiful, charming, cute, ....you name the adjective.

The hotel was ideally placed, very close to the Christmas market and not too difficult to find. The room was spacious, very clean and warm with the added bonus of free Wifi. We ate in the small , atmospheric restaurant and had a great meal with lovely wine and good German beer! Breakfast was very good and I would definately stay here again. If you are visiting the Christmas Market, please bear in mind that all the stalls close by 9pm so do your shopping first and then find somewhere to eat or

η ευκολη προσβαση και η θεση του - I called in advance to say that we were late and they waited for us until 11 p.m., very much appreciated! Inside the hotel looks even better than in the photos, very nicely decorated and the room was very clean. We also paid for the parking, but we could park at any time right in front of the hotel, or in the back

So sweet! Awesome and unique! Like walking thru a museum, comfortable and luxurious. Centrally located. Rothenberg odT is a must see. Plenty to do, walking is a must! - The location of hotel was amazing. It was right in the center of town and right next to the Christmas Store!

we ahd trouble locating the motel it could use better signage, but a quick phone call solved this problem. Location is right next to the old town and a couple of minutes to the christmas markets which were a highlight of a seven week holiday. This is a must do if visiting Germany everything at the motel and town are spot on you can't do better in G

The hotel was beautiful and very historic. The location was great, right on the corner of the marktplatz and was a great central location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was great..we actually ate dinner there both of our two nights! It was perfect and we will definitely stay there again as Rothenburg

My friend and I ate at supper and it was the best pork I have had in the 4 weeks being here. The breakfast served great choices. Wonderful family owned/run Gasthof. The room was so spacious and clean, such a great location and cheery atmosphere. I was staying in many hotels in Europe and this is the one I wanted to continue staying in if I could have! Our room was freshly re-decorated. It was very spacious by German standards. The hotel entire was very clean, the staff was wonderful, breakfast was very good, and a great value. We also ate at the restaurant and found it to be a good value. The little wine shop next door, also owned by the hotel, is a must visit. the location is superb. You will

The location is perfect for exploring Rothenberg and is accessible on foot. The streets are cobbled so a little difficult with buggies or wheelchairs.
The hotel rooms are comfortable and easily fit a cot.
The breakfast was great and plenty of variety. The breakfast lady takes pride in her job and provides a great service. She was very helpful with us preparing our babies bottles for the next day.
We stayed 2 nights and ate in the restaurant both nights. The food was lovely, the service good and

Great location and friendly staff. - Very quaint guest house in a great location. Room was very clean. Nicely decorated in wood. Good breakfast. The let us park in their private garage for a small fee. Dinner at their restaurant was very good.

The hotel has a convenient location- 2 blocks from the entrance of the old town of Rothenburg. We could walk there from the hotel. Rooms were clean and sufficient for our use. There is also a nice restaurant and breakfast is included. - Close to the city - convenient walk. Excellent food.

We stayed in the 4 person apartment. It was a little outdated, but reasonable. It was very clean and ready to go once we arrived. Exceptional staff with extraordinary service and kindness. Got sick on my vacation and the owners made sure I got help and arranged for me to see a doctor at short notice. Hotel is perfectly located at the heart of the city, very good food and breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel!
