  We were made to feel very welcome by our host, he helped carry our luggage to the room, insured a message was given to another guest and even gave us a bottle of wine when we left. The hotel public areas were simply gorgeous! The breakfast was delicious and served in the most extraordinary dining area.   I enjoyed the breakfast buffet here the best since it had extras like figs, fresh cut fruit and pineapple, pretty cookies, sweets, and cakes. The canopy bed and thick coverlet was really fine. The house and garden was fun to explore and take pictures. The computer with internet was very user friendly and in a nice separate room.   This was the best hotel on our entire trip. The staff was extremelyefficient, polite, and helpful. They responded inmmediately to ourrequests. We would defintiely stay again if we ever have the opportunityto return to Rothenburg (which we hope we can do). The location is great- quiet, but very close to the main square. The location in the town is superb and the staff was incredibly helpful in every way.
