  The location at the Düsseldorf Hafen is a perfect fit allowing to be far away from the hipe of the city i.e sleeping well whilst you can fetch a taxi and be with 10 minutes at the Kö for shopping - It was absolutely lovely and the staff were amazing.   I was very surprised at the lack of noise considering the location, and was able to have a good nights sleep before travelling on the next day. - I checked in very late but the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The minute I stepped into my room it felt like home.

  This is a great hotel and well deserving of its 4 start rating. We did get a double upgrade to the executive suite which was superb but the standard is reflected throughout the hotel.
