The hotel is located very near to the centre. The room was very clean, the bathroom was excellent. The hotel staff was friendly and kind. The buffet breakfast was good, and the hotel restaurant was very agreeable. Clean and comfortable, nice breakfast room, close to old part of city but also shopping districts. Walking distance from the train station. Very friendly staff. Nice clean rooms. Nice breakfast. Central location.

The hotel staff gave wrong and incomplete tourist information. There was no wifi, even though it was stated so on the booking website. Curtains did not darken the room enough. Entryway through the takeout chicken area was confusing first up. Is the name of the hotel really Stadthotel? It was called Hendlhaus hotel on site. This got confusing being different from the letsbookhotel.com website name. Dancing club oposit the street The loud music and basses are played to early morning. Drunk and noisy people going to/from club during night. The ear plugs are provided by hotel as standard, however not everyone is used to use them. Saturday late night it was very noisy. Very basic. Plenty of night-life locally but makes it quite noisy. Connection cable needed for wi-fi. It was very noisy. Near to nightlife areas. woken up throughout the night. Hotel supplies you with complimentary ear plugs. Our 2 young children they were awake most of the night. The front rooms are noisy at night as they look out on a number of bars open to 3pm!. Early in the morning at 6.00am the music caming from downstairs where it is a takeway restaurant during the cleaning. The rooms in the front look out on a couple of night spots Here the guests remain outside until 4am smoking etc!. Spartan in rooms and no facilites eg lounge. I was asked to pay 2 nights in advance on arrival which seemed unusual. We had to change plans and stay only 1 night. It was only with extreme reluctance and delaying tactics that we were refunded. I think they were concerned about an adverse report on your website. This is really a number of rooms over a chicken restaurant, not a hotel. Lumpy pillows, noise from kitchen, noise from street. Any hotel that issues ear-plugs is not one you want to consider for a quiet night sleep. 1.Too small beds& room. Poor furntre. 2.No phone. 3.No elevator. 4.Poor light.
