  The staff was very helpful and more than willing to make your stay in Munich enjoyable. We arrived very early in the morning; however, Sebastian was more than willing to help us find a bike tour of Munich and we were able to purchase a one-day tram pass at the hotel (the tram station is within 2 blocks of the hotel and the best way to get into dow... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ntown Munich). - Lovely historical building in quite location close to palace, close proximity to bus and trams and shops. The best, friendliest, helpful and knowledgeable staff of all hotels we have stayed in, clean room, free hotel pc internet, great breakfast, free carparking.

  The entire hotel is very clean and very comfortable. All rooms have queen size bed. Shower is spacious. Breakfast is great and children ate free. Staff are very friendly. - Excellent value--this hotel chain would be my first choice when traveling with my family.

  Best hotel we had on our trip. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious = excellent value for money! Young guy on the desk went out of his way to reorganise rooms for us when we arrived really early in morning from the night train so we could check in straight away (at 8am) - even offered us breakfast there and then. Breaky was great! - Good breakfast, very quiet rooms considering how close we where to the train station. other good points are- easy access to the train station and all other public transport. Also very close to tourist information

  Πολύ καλό το Ξενοδοχείο , σε μικρή απόσταση απο 2 στάσεις του U-ban , περίπου 200 μέτρα .   At all points the staff members were courteous, cheerful and helpful. The room was ideal for our needs. When we thought we had lost an item, the staff took extra care to look for it and keep us informed (we found it later packed in a different case). The staff in the Breakfast room were always helpful and friendly. It was a perfect location from the main station and city centre. I'm sure that I when I'm in Munich, I will stay at your hotel again.

  clean rooms,friendly staff, near city center,quiet place, - Staff were excellent and willing to assist. Room was an apartment and excellent size for family of four. Not far from main rail station and then walk onto attractions or train trip to Fussen. Minor issues only, but an excellent place to stay.
