Clean andcomfortable rooms, which are better than images on the website (rare inmy experience). Friendly and helpful staff, that went out of their wayto help. Fantastic choice
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » from the breakfast buffet - a must! I willstay here on my next visit to Dusseldorf! - I stayed in this hotel very often and enjoy it every time more and more. The hotel is very tidy (you can tell by watching the hotel guest runnig around bare feet), stuff is more then friendly und breakfast ist just unbelievable. "Kiss the cook it says" in the restaurant. I say "kiss the whole staff!" i'll be back there - that's for sure.

Would definitely stay again. Picked up some of the cards at the front desk. Man working front desk was very helpful and friendly. Room was perfect. ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » going to Phillips Hall as I was. - Lovely hotel, extra friendly and helpful staff, great rooms, amazing breakfast. All in all, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! Would recommend to anyone. Don't be put off that it's 15 mins south of the train station - we were given free tram passes on arrival, the trams are 3 an hour, and they take 10 minutes to Konigsalee, or the Altstadt.

Reception staff excellent, all three I spoke to very helpful. New ownerstook over on jan 1st. And are refurbishing starting with the receptionarea. Walking distance from railway station, friendly staff, refurbished, everything brand new and clean, spacious room and large beds - Location close to the train station was excellent. Food on offer was excellent. Rooms very comfortable.

This is a fantastic hotel which is very close to the Old Town and all the shops. It is also accessible to lots of other attractions by the close tram/train links. The self-contained kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and dine in our room: cooktop, refrigerator, sink, electric kettle, silverware, dishes, utensils, etc. We saved money by not having to rely on restaurants for all of our meals.
Even though located near to a church, (the bells!), room was very quiet at night.
Great location for walking to all city sights.

Hotel near to railway station which itself user only a 6 minute train journey from the airport. Hotel rooms were large and well appointed with chairs and table. Breakfast was very good and staff there very friendly. Pleasant large breakfast room with classical music played in the background. Delightful.

Good location, half way between train station and main shopping street / business district; easily walkable. Great friendly staff who are willing to help and advise. Very clean. This hotel is investing in reducing it's carbon footprint with solar panels and LED lighting. Worth supporting. Great value for money city centre hotel.

Hotel is very close to railway station you even can see Hauptbanhof building from hotel window. In the recepcion staff speaks Russian, very hospital. There is shower in the room (single room). Recepcion is on 2nd floor but there is an elevator. -

Impressive ! Customer service is very good. Quiet room even on road side. Swimmingpool and sauna inside the hotel. Heater in the floor in bathroom. desk chair to work. TV channels choices. - Loved the room. Spacious, very clean, very nicely decorated, very comfortable. I would stay there again and again.
