I thought the decor of the hotel was wonderful as was the the service of the staff - the service and room were fabulous. The location was excellent.

It was in the best position possible for seeing Berlin, the staff could not have been more courteous or helpful and the rooms, bar, lobby, public loos' were all we could have wished for and more. προσωπικο-ανεση-σχεση αξιασ τιμησ. - I had a wonderful, large suite that was very well equipped and incredibly clean and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally efficient and helpful and the hotel is very centrally located. - The hotel is at an excellent part of Berlin-Mitte. The suites are clean and very modern.

We loved everything about the Alitania apartments, the apt was just like home, bright, extremely clean beautifully furnished. The location is superb. There is a shopping centre 20 meters from the front door that has 2 supermarkets in the basement. There must be at least 30 restuarants witin walking distance as well as the sony centre. There is also a Starbucks in the same block. The staff were very heplful. Especially Mela Ikanovic.

This hotel is well situated for leisure and business it is a modern and a well run hotel. The breakfast was first class varied and plenty full. I would not have a problem with recommending this hotel to friends in the future. -

Staying in the hotel provides a very good combination of modern hotel features and good placement.. Our room was compact, bright and very quiet despite facing the railway. It was like in a silent movie watching through the window: train arrived, passengers went out, train went further.

I would like to mention 2 features that I have not experienced before.

Very conventiently located near the Central Station, but also near the Reichstag, Friedrichstrasse (shopping) and Brandenburger Tor. Close to the S- and U-Bahn. Eventhough it was so close to the trainstation, we didn´t hear the trains inside. Quick check in and check out and nice service in the bar when we had a drink there one night. We didn´t take breakfast in the hotel as there are so many spots around to have breakfast or lunch.

The location of the hotel, which is right beside Check Point Charley, and represents a perfect starting point for an historical and cultural sightseeing! Moreover, the confort of the room: my wife and I had read several negative reports about a supposed "glass wall" in the room, between the toilette and the bedroom, but that turned out in-existent. Maybe the problem had been satisfactorily solved!

Absolutely excellent hotel, which is definitely on 5 stars level, helpful staff, ideally clean and nice designed rooms. Generally, the hotel was much better than expected to be.
If I'll be again in Berlin, I'd stay there again and highly recommend this hotel for others.
The only weak point is the "arty-farty" restaurant with very short menu and

Excellent location, <5 min walk to Gendarmenmarkt and 5min walk to German Dome. Closest metro stop is Hausvoigtel which is on a great line and can take you (without changing lines) to the Zoo or Ku-damm (shopping area). Wifi is free, stable, and reasonably fast. Hotel rooms are very well appointed and smart. Some great dining options closeby like Chipps for breakfast. All in all would stay again - really a nice hotel.

We had a studio apartment and it worked out well. We were able to buy a few breakfast items, snacks, and beverages. Small kitchenette did not have a stove, but had a microwave and all the needed dishes and utensils. The room was cleaned every day and was spotless. ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » t value for money and we were very comfortable for the 2 night stay. - I stayed there for the marathon, and if I had to check out at standard 12.00, I'd have not been able to take a shower in the hotel after the race. When i told this to the hotel's manager, I was offered a late check-out before 3 p.m. without any surcharge. That was very nice of them.
