A very good hotel and in a good location. Safe to walk the streets andclose to communication links throughout the city. Rooms a good size andevery facility to ensure comfort. We did not use the restaurant socannot make comment. We would certainly stay again. - As always NH hotels provide comfortable and clean rooms

As a disabled traveller I was really delighted with the hotel.
The grab rails in the bathroom for toilet use and the grab rails for shower use were exactly where they should have been, this making my stay both comfortable & safe.

The staff were very pleasant and professional and hard working particularly keeping the restaurant well stocked during peak times at breakfast. Everywhere in the hotel was quiet, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated.
Absolute value for money would have no hesitation to recommend this particular Holiday Inn Express.

This is a great hotel to stay at in Hamburg. It has a cozy feel, and good sized rooms and bathrooms. We were able to walk right into the city center in about 15 minutes, and another 5 minutes to the lake. Adina was only a short walk from all the xmas market. Hotel was very clean and comfort. Transport links to the airport were very easy using the S1 station was only 7 minutes walk away. Bakery and supermarket just around the corner, will definently go to hotel again

Being welcomed at the hotel in a very friendly and polite way throughout the short stay. The reception staff had always a nice word, recommended something, took time, simply took care of their customer in a professional way. The room was excellent, nothing was missing, and everything worked. One of the hotels I would certainly recommend, and I have

Excelent for families with children -
Breakfast was awesome and extensive selection of food. Indoor pool was also wonderful. U-Bahn (subway) was a 1-2 minute walk. Secure and underground (the hotel) parking was convenient.
