Superbly efficient, rapid and courteous check in despite many guests ariving at same time. Many De Luxe hotels could learn from Mercure's staff and their work systems. Staff are friendly, especially at the breakfast restaurant. Most

Just spent the first two days of our Honeymoon here in Berlin and stayed @ The Holiday Inn Alexanderplatz. After getting off the train and going in to a nearby tall hotel to ask for directions to The Holiday Inn, after the way I was treated by 3 members of staff of that hotel by just asking a simple question, it was pleasure to know that we had not booked to stay and that hotel and instead had opted for The Holiday Inn. Hotel facilities and standards are excellent as is access to Berlin's U & S Bahn tram/train systems with the stations right by the hotel. Reaching Alexander Platz is just a10 min journey. Overall a very well appointed hotel, fantastic value for money compared with other hotels and staff were extremely attentive and helpful.
