  The staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and met all our needs. The heated bathroom floor and fluffy towels were excellent. - Fantastic accomodation in a very nice neighborhood close to the city center. In sum: Spitzenklasse!

  The Alster Hof was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Hamburg.   Location; quite and calm in a nice part of town without being isolated in nowhere. Nicely decorated room with cooking opportunity. I will gladly recommend it.

  Close to the center of Hamburg and close to S and U- Bahn. Rather close to Lidl. Refridgerator and electric kettler in the room. Free coffe in the morning, even if you didn't have breakfast at the hotel. Helpful and nice staff.
