The best location in Cologne! The hotel is nearly brand new and i also love the breakfast! - This is a first class hotel with good facilities. The location is great, we had a view of the cathedral from our room window. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.

There are so many excellent things about the Apartments, but it would be difficult not to mention first of all the location. It is 5 minutes from the station and the Cathedral. Normally that would sound warning bells as many hotels close to city centre stations are in seedy areas. This is not the case here; the neighbourhood is a pleasure to walk around and entirely safe. The staff are extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. The apartments are very spacious with all the facilities one needs

Having stayed at the Euro Garden Hotel several times before I knew what to expect and I was not let down. It was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at...small but with a soul. We were met by the receptionist and led to our room. He showed us around and gave all the required information. The staff were polite and friendly at all times. Breakfast was not very rich but the service was superb. The location is perfect...just next to the station and

We stayed for 8 nights, during a trade show, with our two small dogs. The room was really good. You have a fridge, and a kettle, and a lot of storage space, and a nice bathroom with proper bath. The hotel was booked with some trepidation as the location, using google street view, looked uninspiring. It is on a fairly busy road junction, but our room on the 6th floor was very quiet. The hotel stored our cycles in a store room inside. Facilities at the hotel were superb ... a well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, sink, and all the basic utensils plus bedroom and separate small lounge area with couch, tv, desk and small table. Great location for exploring the town.

The Location of the Hotel was very good as it was in a quiet Area but only 10 Minutes walk from the Cathedral and The River. worth the money, as we booked well in advance. Tram stop very close,

Most of the staff were very friendly&helpful. The room was superb, very spacious& the decor was very funky&modern, bed was lovely&comfortable.the location is great only a 5 min walk to the old town along the river with some great places to eat&enjoy a few drinks. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.

We were in Europe for 3 weeks, and stayed in 7 different hotels. We decided upon our return that Mercure Hotel wins our award for THE BEST hotel we stayed in, even with all the construction. Small, but lovely room. Staff nice and truly friendly. A really nice, clean, comfortable hotel. Excellent value for money. - I loved the buffet breakfast. The staff were very kind and friendly. They recommended a park to go running and the hotel is a short distance from a great running route.
