The dinner and breakfasts were excellent. I felt that the hotel staff really wanted your stay to be enjoyable. - Excellent hotel all around. I stayed for three nights and despite the great facilities and complimentary drinks, I must say that the greatest asset of this hotel is the staff. I don´t remember a hotel with as nice staff as the Hotel Hessischer Hof

When I remembered later in the evening I called and the lady at the reception was kind enough to locate my phone through house keeping.   Service was phenomenal. Were escorted to our room by the young woman who help us at the desk; showed us how everything worked in the room. Restaurant was excellent with nice bar adjacent. Live music, yet you could still have a conversation.
