  We loved the location. We stayed at the Lichener location and it was in the heart of a lot of action, but quiet due to the enclosed court yard.   Excelent location - about 20-30 minutes walking to Alexanderplatz. The street is not very noisy and the windows of our rooms were in the backyard. The rooms are clean, warm, there is a non-stop hot water, the bed is comfortable. There is a Wi-Fi. - The hotel is very close to the subway station. The room was quite clean and good.   Everything. The staff were so helpful. They upgraded our rooms to one bed apartments. Which were amazing with everything you could wish for in inc tv in both bed and lounge. The staff were utterly charming and the check in and out were swiftly and efficiently dealt with. One of the best features was the bar.
