the rooms were clean bright and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant, very helpful and had absolutely no problems speaking English to us when unfortunately our knowledge of German was minimal. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great right next to Fredrichstrasse Train Station. The hotel before check in and after you check out the hotel will look after your bags so you do not have to carry them about. - The room was very good and the staff very professional.

1.the room is in one apartment, which is big and convenient, including bathroom, shower room, guest room and kitchen. It is really like a "home"

We booked a double room and own a room for 3 people (One double bed and one single bed).
The flat is very big and there is no other guests. Literally, we own the whole flat with two shower rooms.

We had a studio apartment and it worked out well. We were able to buy a few breakfast items, snacks, and beverages. Small kitchenette did not have a stove, but had a microwave and all the needed dishes and utensils. The room was cleaned every day and was spotless. The location was great for us because we were near the train station, as a matter of

underground and tram and bus connections. However, it was a little too
far to walk to the main attractions. The apartment was fantastic - very
spacious and the beds were very comfortable - and the children loved the
indoor swimming pool.

Great location on the Orainenburg Strasse at FrederichStrasse - Right on the old border between East/West. Easy Metro from Central Station to Hotel. Great bar and the best bartender Philip who made our stay very enjoyable! Great Austrian Restaurant adjacent to the Hotel. - The hotel is excellent. Fantastic location, suberb room, lovely staff. As a tourist it was central to all the principal attractions. The closeness of the Hauptbahnhof was a great benefit. - Clean, large, freshly decorated rooms in a good location and very friendly staff.
