  This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and once is was first class. perfect location with a Christmas market outside the front door. very clean, excellent breakfast, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Daniel who sorted out a little problem with the room when we arrived.   Location! It's next to Hofgarten (nice park with playground for small children) which you walk through 5-10min to get to the edge of the city centre.   This is a fantastic hotel which is very close to the Old Town and all the shops. It is also accessible to lots of other attractions by the close tram/train links.
