  Hi, I stayed at your hotel as I was running in the Berlin half marathon. On a practical level everything in the hotel worked well and was spotlessly clean. The staff were utterly charming and the check in and out were swiftly and efficiently dealt with. One of the best features was the bar.   The staff was very friendly but some appeared a bit reserved. The location is great, it took about 20min to walk to the central station/city (the neighborhood is also very good). If you prefer the metro the nearest station is just down the street. The parking area is great; they charge 15euro/day. In our room we found some brochures at the back of which there were some discount coupons for Madame Tussauds and Sealife. We were happy to use them and get 2 tickets for the price of 1. The difficulty was by car locating the hotel and how to drive there. The entrance is not on a main road but on a tiny 1-way street that runs between 2 main roads. A friend who grew up in Berlin was driving me and we circled a few times before spotting the entrance to the hotel. I'm sure a taxi driver would have no trouble locating it. Lots of shops nearby as well as a train station.
