  We loved the location. We stayed at the Lichener location and it was in the heart of a lot of action, but quiet due to the enclosed court yard.   Hi, I stayed at your hotel as I was running in the Berlin half marathon. On a practical level everything in the hotel worked well and was spotlessly clean. Big hotspots like Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburger Tor, Reichstag, Bundestag and Holocaust Denkmal are doable walking. I can recommend this hotel to anyone!

  KG Apartments are run by a wonderful couple, Magdalena and Andrzej who from our initial contact extended themselves to ensure I had a good stay. The apartment was clean, spacious, and located in a great neighborhood just a short tram ride from Alexanderplatz and within walking distance of Prenzlauerberg's shopping streets and cafes. However, it was the friendly and outstanding service and availability of Magdalena and Andr - I couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay for a few days! We have two small children, and the neighborhood was very family friendly with parks all around it. The apartment was clean, comfortable, quiet, easily accessible, and the perfect size for 4 people. The hosts were very nice. It was a perfect stay!

  Everything. The staff were so helpful. They upgraded our rooms to one bed apartments. Which were amazing with everything you could wish for in inc tv in both bed and lounge. The staff were utterly charming and the check in and out were swiftly and efficiently dealt with. One of the best features was the bar.
