Very comfortable room, free minibar (juice, soft drinks and water), free movies. The room was very well soundproofed.
Breakfast was good without being elaborate and the young woman in attendance was always very welcoming and helpful.
Fitness centre was very useable, better than I expected.

I wouldn't hesitate to stay with the Dormero again. -
Right near train station but not in the main part of Frankfurt so you can't walk from there anywhere. Taxi from airport couldn't find it because it is so new but it was nice and great value for money.

The room was excellent, clean and comfortable to relax in. Perfect location for doing business at the Messe. - The ease of acess to the Fair was excellent and the overall service and entertainment was very good

The room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably close to the train station (5 euro taxi ride). Free internet and a/c were a plus. The hotel was just what I needed for the night before a very early flight back to the U.S. The price was certainly competitive. All staff were very helpful and polite. We were made to feel very welcome from the start of our holiday. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had excellent facilities. Superb choice at breakfast too. Prime location, 10 minutes walk from the Festhalle/Messe and the No.17 tram stop right outside the hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend this

The staff were very helpful and as we can not speak German they assisted us with all our requests- they even helped us to purchase tram tickets at the tram station opposite the hotel

I felt that the hotel staff really wanted your stay to be enjoyable. - Excellent hotel all around. I stayed for three nights and despite the great facilities and complimentary drinks, I must say that the greatest asset of this hotel is the staff. I don´t remember a hotel with as nice staff as the Hotel Hessischer Hof

We went to Frankfurt for a concert and picked this hotel because it was across the street from the Festhalle. It couldn't have been nicer or more convenient. The decor was modern and fun, and the soundproofed windows drowned out the traffic. There wasn't any parking, but we took the train, so we didn't care--and it's close enough to the Bahnhof to

If you go to the fair - location is excellent. To the center it is also just 15 min walk so I explored all the city from this place. Breakfasts are very good - with all kinds of fruit and juices and oatmeals, chease and meat. Tea, coffee in the room. It is only 15 min by taxi from the airport and the railway station is 1 stop from the hotel. Will stay here the next time.

Friendly staff at check-in. Nice room on the 6th floor (603). Room was very clean and tastefully decorated. Wifi signal was strong, and free for all three of my devices. Real hangers (not the anti-theft type), a free bottle of sparkling water a nice touch. Great sauna and clean exercise equipment. All-in-all, a great place to stay, IMO. -

we stay in this hotel every year, nice personal, comfortable - It is clean and comfortable and most certainly a great value for money. The breakfast spread had a good selection but is somewhat pricey.

They have this really cool "pick your pillow" system where you can havespecialty pillows (heated with herbs) sent to your room at no extracharge. I had never experienced anything like it. Excellent cleanliness, perfect service, good price, good location for the Fair, Superb Hotel, Strongly recommend for friends. - Everything...Breakfast was amazing.They lived upto their name Holiday Inn.Staff was helpful.
