  The professional people who man the reception desk are great.   we whole family liked a lot. only minus was traffic sounds, but it's not hotels fault and berlin is berlin. it's was very easy to go berlin centrum by bus. - The staff at reception was very good.I got better room than what i had booked.I really enjoyed my stay here.Very good location.Value for money.

  The apartment was very nice, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed, although a small microwave oven would have been nice. Also, the manager checked us in late in the evening, and he was very friendly and helpful about how to get around Berlin to see the sites. - Good organised. Good place for a cheap stay.
