The Front Desk Staff were wounderful, with a positive attitude, and went the extra mile. All info about cultural sites, flights, taxis, and logistics is available instantly. ειναι τα δευτερα Χριστούγεννα που περναμε στο Holiday Inn Munich City Center . Αυτό πιστευω τα λεει όλα . Επιπλέον το προσωπικό είναι πολύ επαγγελματιες , ειδικα στην ρεσεψιον αλλα και στην καθαριοτητα δωματιου , πραγμα που εχει αλλη αξια οταν ταξιδευεις με μικρα παιδια. Ειναι μια εξοχη επιλογη. - άριστη εξυπηρέτηση, φιλικό περιβάλλον, καθαριότητα

I liked the friendliness of the staff. They were very accommodating - wewere able to leave our luggage at the reception on the first night as wehad areservation and were running late. The apartment was good for 3 travelling together. 1 double bedroom
and a living / sleeping area with 2 bathrooms. It was
spacious, comfortable and within walking distance from Marienplatz
and Hauptbahnhof. Kitchen facilities were adequate (no sink plug)
with supermarket nearby. Washing machine, airer, iron and ironing

Ubahn station, easy walk from the main train station, but yet off of the

Staff was exceptionaly helpful and courteous. I would like to commend one yourng gentleman, Routiele, head of staff on the 2nd floor. He was very helpful and went out of his way to be of service. - The central location with the S-Bahn-Trainstation directly under the reception of the hotel. Very nice re-decorated rooms.

We were traveling by train so having the main train station 10 minute walk away from the hotel was convenient. Also 10 to 15 minute walk to city center. Staff very helpful. - Excellent value for the money. Excellent location.

staff at the reception were so nice and helpful, check in and check out were fast and smooth.
But in my check out bill there was an extra charge for breakfast for two (i never had a breakfast in the hotel ) so when i said it must be a mistake the guy from the reception apologized and remove it from my bill immediately.

Rooms are excellent - large, modern, clean. Bathrooms are small but well designed with rainshower heads and sleek fixtures.
Location to prime areas (specifically the main train station and Marienplatz) are very good, but there are many hotels in the area that provide the same locale.
Parking is 18 Euro per day but not always available. Food (breakfast especially) is ridiculously overpriced, but makes getting it an easy decision as there are so many breakfast options nearby at a very reasonable
