We stayed in an apartment - small kitchen, large bed sitting room, large shower room/toilet. The location is superb, 5 minutes from Ebeswalder and Prenzlauerallee statons, 4 minutes from the M1 and M10 trams. Loads of excellent bars, cafes and supermarkets within a few minutes walk.

Cheap price. When we wanted to extend our stay and the room wasn't
available they tried their best to find a room for us. We were 3 people
and we got one 2-persons bed and 3 sofas (the kind that opens for a bed)

It's a very good, comfortable place to live! Entrance is bright, so you'll find an Alcatraz without any problems. Reception is working 24 hours and everybody are so kind! There are clean big rooms, one huge kitchen with everything needed, free wifi and so on.

The hostel is located right next to Voltarstrasse u-bhan station (Underground) which was quite handy. But if you are up for a walk then Alexanderplatz is only 25 mins away. Alternatively you can hire a bike from the hostel for only €10 a day (Berlin is very cycle-friendly). Free use of internet (incl PC) in the reception area. All great stuff! - Fr

We lived in a very comfortable appartment (big, clean, fully equipped). It's not far from the city center (it takes 7 minutes to get to Alexander Platz on foot), there is wi-fi in the lobby, rather good breakfast, though there is not big variety you can eat a toast, some cereals and drink a cup of coffee. It was awesome to be in the hotel... Really nice atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff, all services. I was in an individual room and after I moved in a shared room and both were good. The localization was perfect - preuzaler berguer- east side area with nice shops and bars and one station from Alexanderplatz... Alive music and a great place f

The staff were really helpful and friendly. I really like the fact that
even sharing the room with other people we could have some privacy and
space, having beds with courtines and drawres were we can lock our
stuff. The communal areas were cleaned and the breakfast were good as
well. I certainly recomment it!

The staff was great! They all were really nice, helpful and friendly. Special thanks and praises go to Damian. Also, rooms, showers, toilets were very clean & nice. My friend and I really enjoyed the stay!
Too bad we haven't tried the food in the hostel. I strongly recommend PangeaPeople Hostel & Hotel! It's cheap, easy to find, very clean

It takes 10 mins walk from Alexanderplatz. Not that far away with convenient locaiton. The staff are really nice!!! They answer my question in detailed and gave suggestion on my route. I am girl travelling alone and I stayed in a 8 person mixed dorm. I am so lucky to stay in a dorm with 6 girls and 1 boy. And I met a really nice girl there!

They allowed us to keep the suitcases in the hitel after the check-out (until 4pm). Glasses, cutlery available to use in a kitchenette. Music in the bathroom, hairdryer, soft toilet paper :) close to all metro and train lines, shoppingmall opposite, clean room -

The hostel was clean and friendly and was in a part of town with easy access to the city centre. I liked the no-fuss approach of the place. I really appreciated the info that the staff gave me on travelling around Berlin and the way they went out of their way to ensure that I had a good stay. -

The location is very handy. We've been to Berlin a number of times and with the standard of public transport, most central locations will be ideal for discovering the city - the same applies to the Generator. Loads of places you can walk to, U-Bahn just down the road and Freidrichstrasse station very nearby also.

I stayed at the dorm room this time, and it was one of the cleanest dorm with most comfy bunk bed I've ever experienced.
The 6 bed female dorm was cute and funtional; each bed has its own power socket, head lamp, huge drawer.
The power shower was great too. The wifi was free with great signal up to my room.
I'm not a dorm-room fan, but I definately recommend this dorm for anyone who does.
The location is very close to most of attraction and metro. Supermarket, McD, KFC were a little bit far
