  A good hotel with easy access to the S Bahn and only a 15 minute walk to the centre of Hamburg. We had a business class room on the 16th floor overlooking the city. It wasn't overly big, but it was comfortable enough. The bed was particularly comfortable. We were able to walk right into the city center in about 15 minutes, and another 5 minutes to the lake.   Being welcomed at the hotel in a very friendly and polite way throughout the short stay. The reception staff had always a nice word, recommended something, took time, simply took care of their customer in a professional way. The room was excellent, nothing was missing, and everything worked.
