I loved staying at the hostel! It was very modern and very clean. The
staff were so friendly! My room was with 6 other girls and very modern
too. Nice bunk beds and with privacy screens. Chargers for cell phones
and computers. You don't need adapters if you can charge with a
usb cable. Each bed has their own charging station along with light.

Lovely a quiet whilst sleeping - a big surprise considering location - no noise from outside or other people staying in the hostel.
Brilliant location - right next to the Hauptbahnhof, two art galleries/museums, lots of places to eat and easy walking distance to attractions such as Rathaus, Jungfernstieg, Alsterwasser usw.

Nice hotel, with strange fashion; room with glass doors and full of mirrors. Good and free internet wifi.
Nice view on the city from a small terrace.
The position, which is quite close to Hbf.

Good customer service, very friendly most of the time. The hotel is located within the city centre where most transport such as bus, taxi and train can be easily accessed. It is also surrounded with a lot of restaurants and pubs. - Very kind and helpful staff; when we had trouble with paying with my VISA they figured out how to do so.

Right beside the Central station of Hamburg, very convenient for getting anywhere from here.
The appartment was clean, comfortable and quiet (appartment 2B that was not facing the street, but the backyard). Cleaned everyday, equiped with towels and basic kitchen stuff. -

I really enjoyed staying in this very nice old hotel in an original old building which has been nicely renovated. The reception area, breakfast rooms as well as the public areas have nice original old furniture without lacking any modern conveniences. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. They make you feel you are their personal guest. I

1. staff - more than excellent, felt like visiting distant relatives.
2. great breakfast.
I asked for a ketchup and they offered me a "bavarian mustard" (which is in general not included in breakfast). The mustard was great and they gave it to me the next day without asking.

on foot. Shops at the railway station are open at night what is also an
advantage. The room was spacious, and despite the fact that we had

For a 3 star hotel I have to say it is probably the best we have stayed in. The room although a little small, was furnished lovely, bathroom lovely too! Would like to have seen a few more english channels on the tv as there was only ccn news with english speaking, but then again perhaps I should have brushed up on our German lol! Great place, great
