  Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was lovely. Location was great for the train station, the city and the airport bus. Definitely would stay there again if we return to Frankfurt. - lovely hotel with excellent staff. great breakfast !

When there was a problem with our reservation, the lady at the front desk was quick to solve it, and cheerful in doing so. - Excellent restaurant located in the hotel.
