The location is very close to the central station, it's in a street with peepshows etc. but there are more hotels in the street and you don't feel unsafe.   Friendly staff. Although the location is close to the central station, it's in a rather dodgy area of town i.e. think night clubs, strip bars, but it was also just less than 10 minutes walking to Oktoberfest which was great. Only downside is shared WC but that doesn't really bother me because it's clean too. Shower was powerful an - Amazing breakfest and location. Staff was really cool, only once one lady was a little bit rude, but even so helped and solved our problem and in the other day, apologized and explained she was short staffed and was really not being able to handle everzthing. Even so it was shared WC, I had a shower and sink at my bedroom. Wifi signal was good, but other guests complained about it, I was lucky to stay close to a router.

  We were met by a very helpful gentleman who swiftly checked us in then showed us to the on site parking.   Όλα ήταν υπέροχα, πολύ κοντά στο Σταθμό του Μονάχου με τα πόδια, η ρεσεψιονίστ μας έκανε επιπλέον έκπτωση γιατί είμασταν οικογένεια, αισθάνεσε ασφαλής γιατί είναι αδύνατον να μπεί μή ένοικος (υπάρχει Προσωπικό Ασφάλειας αλλά και οι πόρτες των διαδρόμων ανοίγουν μόνο με την κάρτα - κλειδί), το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο (και γεμάτο πρίζες που τις χρειάζομ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » αι!), πάρα πολύ ζεστό (την θέρμανση τη ρυθμίζεις εσύ) όλα πολύ καλά... - It was my first time at a hostel and I was kind of hesitant at the start, but the staff made me feel comfortable right off the bat. When you get your key, it comes in a piece of paper that says "Enjoy a free welcome shot!" There are brochures at the front with a map and suggestions on guided tours - all of which have a meeting place at the Hbf (extremely short walk from the hostel). I had a lot of fun meeting new people and experiencing Munich. The rooms are practical and the beds are clean! - Staff was very very friendly and helpful for directions and food hunt. Rooms are clear and quite enough, also depending on who are your room mates. I wasn't very lucky about this, one lady was screaming very loudly in the bathroom early in the morning and two guys wanted to keep the conditioner on at 19°: was very freezing... Alltogether a very good experience in comparison with the few money paid. Also, the breakfast (it needs some € 4.50 extra) is international and very good.
