The standard of the hotel is very high, across the board. We received a pleasant welcome and were escorted to our brand new, spotless room (of 5 star standard) where we spent two relaxing days. The walk from the train station does involve passing by several "exotic" shops and streetwalkers, but this is germany, and any hotel near to a railway station is going to involve an interesting walk.

A good hotel with easy access to the S Bahn and only a 15 minute walk to the centre of Hamburg. We had a business class room on the 16th floor overlooking the city. Great location, very conveniently situated next to a train station and a 15 minute, easy walk into town. Friendly staff, fabulous room with everything you could possibly need provided. Lovely comfortable bed. The bathroom was fantastic with a choice of two types of shower. Excellent breakfast - one of the best we have had - the choice was brilliant.

Provides extra facilities compared to a usual hotel. Friendly, new and great to have food, bar, pool, spa all in one venues. Bus stop at gate great also . We would stay here again anytime. -
