  The location was great, only 10 min walking till historical Check Point Charlie square & near to many other historical places. In Check Point Charlie you can get on “hop on hop off “tour buses if you want. Only 5 min walking to metro station where from there you can start using Berlin great public transport metro & tram connections. And a... τι λέει ο κόσμος » bout the reception staff they were very nice & helpful, we arrived early at 9:00 am in the morning they offered us having extra breakfast only 5 e - The receptionist was a bit rude to start with but later he was better. The receptionist later on the night was very nice. Even tho I didnt have the chance to visit the city, was very close to the citycentre and if I go back there, I may stay on the same hotel. Parking was 5euros per day if you buy from the hotel, but as I arrived late afternoon and left very early in the morning, i managed to find free parking 300metres from the hotel, just look around the residential areas if you dont want to

  The location was good. Very quiet, close to a underground / subway stop and close to free parking. The flat had good amenities - fast internet service, clean bathroom, good heating and hot water.   Clean room, friendly staff, everything was functional and all with quite a reasonable price and like, in a good position too I guess (about 8 minutes to the central station Hauptbahnhof). They are what they promise to be. The shared bathrooms weren't a problem at all. You must make and strip the bed yourself, but this is not a big hassle.
