Amazing greeting when we checked in, was offered a drink, our bags where
taken to our room, staff extremely friendly. Decor was stunning, great
restuarant and bar, it has a gym and spa room but didn't explore
that. The hotel has everything with such an amazing vibe it's very
easy to not leave the hotel

The location of the hotel was very good. A stone's throw away from Frankfurt Hbf with everything in the surrounding area.
The see-through shower in the room is a novelty and quite an amusement and fun for a couple. -
staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms very clean. Located near main rail station and lots of public transport near.

Everything. The rooms were excellent, everything needed was available and the laundry in the room. Sauna and pool were great. Most of all the breakfast was good and the staff especially Mr Negash Kebede and Zakaria were so polite and full of smiles. The ladies at the reception too were wonderful and very helpful, Katja was the name. Will certainly come back.

Very charming hotel. Huge room, beautifully decorated. Kitchen facilities included, though I didn't have a chance to use them. Close to the train station, but on a quiet side street. Very nice. - location and quality of the room and amenities

We went to Frankfurt for a concert and picked this hotel because it was across the street from the Festhalle. It couldn't have been nicer or more convenient. The decor was modern and fun, and the soundproofed windows drowned out the traffic. There wasn't any parking, but we took the train, so we didn't care--and it's close enough to the Bahnhof to

If you go to the fair - location is excellent. To the center it is also just 15 min walk so I explored all the city from this place. Breakfasts are very good - with all kinds of fruit and juices and oatmeals, chease and meat. Tea, coffee in the room. It is only 15 min by taxi from the airport and the railway station is 1 stop from the hotel. Will stay here the next time.

All the staff are friendly and helpful especially the head waiter who accommodated us for dinner despite us not having a reservation, The room and public areas are

I felt that the hotel staff really wanted your stay to be enjoyable. - Excellent hotel all around. I stayed for three nights and despite the great facilities and complimentary drinks, I must say that the greatest asset of this hotel is the staff. I don´t remember a hotel with as nice staff as the Hotel Hessischer Hof
