No unpleasant odors, like so many other hotels have. - Big LCD TV with decent selection of channels -- unfortunately mostly German. - Friendly and accommodating staff had our room prepared with a baby bed and any request we had was handled quickly and efficiently. - Very close to the U-bahn. - As long as you accept the fact you will eat breakfast at a nice bakery on the corner of the building and not use their internet, it's a wonderful hotel to stay at.

There were delicious chocolates, free coffee & tea, and spices for cooking. It was about a 30 minute walk to the city center, but the metro could also be taken to get you there much quicker.   Wonderful value for the money. For 80 euro a night we stayed in the "new" building, and were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door to our suite. The included breakfast was nice - wide selection and great service.
