They have this really cool "pick your pillow" system where you can havespecialty pillows (heated with herbs) sent to your room at no extracharge. I had never experienced anything like it. we stay in this hotel every year, nice personal, comfortable - It is clean and comfortable and most certainly a great value for money. The breakfast spread had a good selection but is somewhat pricey.

The buffet breakfast was wonderful, including fresh squeezed orange juice. Beds very comfortable and rooms quiet. - Only 2min from tramway station (line 17 to central rail station, 8 min). Nice view to some skyscrapers. Rooms are clean, minibar-prices are ok.

I am sudanese living in qatar. The hotel was v nice and i liked it a lot. Excellent room design. V friendly staff always smiling. Super fast check in and out. Bright room, nicely set up bathroom with see-thru glass at head level, nice outdoor seating restaurant, and above all it is located very close to Strassenbahn and bus stops. Very nice Spa on the 7th floor. Staff were very nice and helpful, spoke good English. All in all, I really enjoyed a relaxing and productive stay at Welcome Frankfurt.

All staff were very helpful and polite. We were made to feel very welcome from the start of our holiday. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had excellent facilities. Superb choice at breakfast too. Prime location, 10 minutes walk from the Festhalle/Messe and the No.17 tram stop right outside the hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend this

I like the fact that the hotel Palmenhof is a traditional hotel, each room is a little bit different so it doesn't have the "chain" feeling.

Very comfortable room, free minibar (juice, soft drinks and water), free movies. The room was very well soundproofed.
Breakfast was good without being elaborate and the young woman in attendance was always very welcoming and helpful.

Right near train station but not in the main part of Frankfurt so you can't walk from there anywhere. Taxi from airport couldn't find it because it is so new but it was nice and great value for money.

We went to Frankfurt for a concert and picked this hotel because it was across the street from the Festhalle. It couldn't have been nicer or more convenient. The decor was modern and fun, and the soundproofed windows drowned out the traffic. There wasn't any parking, but we took the train, so we didn't care--and it's close enough to the Bahnhof to

If you go to the fair - location is excellent. To the center it is also just 15 min walk so I explored all the city from this place. Breakfasts are very good - with all kinds of fruit and juices and oatmeals, chease and meat. Tea, coffee in the room. It is only 15 min by taxi from the airport and the railway station is 1 stop from the hotel. Will stay here the next time.
