  We liked the overall atmosphere of the hotel it was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and pleasant and the breakfast was good.   I am sudanese living in qatar. The hotel was v nice and i liked it a lot. Excellent room design. V friendly staff always smiling. Super fast check in and out. Although not in city center but there is a tram line that passes in front of the hotel and goes to main station, didnt use hotel internet because i was using Mobile data but the price ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » was reasonable - Bright room, nicely set up bathroom with see-thru glass at head level, nice outdoor seating restaurant, and above all it is located very close to Strassenbahn and bus stops. Very nice Spa on the 7th floor. Staff were very nice and helpful, spoke good English. All in all, I really enjoyed a relaxing and productive stay at Welcome Frankfurt.

  Hotel is literally at the terminal station of the tram 17 which takes you to Hauptbahnhof in less than 15 minutes. I've stayed in many hotels in the suburbs of different cities, and this was one of the closest to the public transport. Huge double bed! Nice bathroom. Friendly night staff - we arrived really late (5 am) and there was no problem with the check in. - Everything was perfect.   All staff were very helpful and polite. We were made to feel very welcome from the start of our holiday. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had excellent facilities. Superb choice at breakfast too. Prime location, 10 minutes walk from the Festhalle/Messe and the No.17 tram stop right outside the hotel.   During my one night stay there I met 5 people of the staff and they were all very friendly and helpful. The room and the bathroom were modern and clean, and it was really peaceful and quiet in the room. The location was good, the main railway station was only a few minutes walk and a few minutes train ride away.   Very comfortable room, free minibar (juice, soft drinks and water), free movies. The room was very well soundproofed. Breakfast was good without being elaborate and the young woman in attendance was always very welcoming and helpful. Fitness centre was very useable, better than I expected. I wouldn't hesitate to stay with the Dormero again. - Right near train station but not in the main part of Frankfurt so you can't walk from there anywhere. Taxi from airport couldn't find it because it is so new but it was nice and great value for money.
