We liked the overall atmosphere of the hotel it was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and pleasant and the breakfast was good. We also happy that it was right beside the S-bahn and we were in the city in minutes. -

They have this really cool "pick your pillow" system where you can havespecialty pillows (heated with herbs) sent to your room at no extracharge. I had never experienced anything like it. we stay in this hotel every year, nice personal, comfortable - It is clean and comfortable and most certainly a great value for money. The breakfast spread had a good selection but is somewhat pricey.

The buffet breakfast was wonderful, including fresh squeezed orange juice. Beds very comfortable and rooms quiet. - Only 2min from tramway station (line 17 to central rail station, 8 min). Nice view to some skyscrapers. Rooms are clean, minibar-prices are ok.

I am sudanese living in qatar. The hotel was v nice and i liked it a lot. Excellent room design. V friendly staff always smiling. Super fast check in and out. Although not in city center but there is a tram line that passes in front of the hotel and goes to main station, didnt use hotel internet because i was using Mobile data but the price

Bright room, nicely set up bathroom with see-thru glass at head level, nice outdoor seating restaurant, and above all it is located very close to Strassenbahn and bus stops. Very nice Spa on the 7th floor. Staff were very nice and helpful, spoke good English. All in all, I really enjoyed a relaxing and productive stay at Welcome Frankfurt.

Hotel is literally at the terminal station of the tram 17 which takes you to Hauptbahnhof in less than 15 minutes. I've stayed in many hotels in the suburbs of different cities, and this was one of the closest to the public transport.
Huge double bed! Nice bathroom.
Flat TV - USB friendly so you can play movie from your portable/flash disk.

Friendly night staff - we arrived really late (5 am) and there was no problem with the check in. -
Everything was perfect. We arrived very late (2am) but were well received and the rooms were ready for us. The rooms were clean and the beds VERY comfortable after a long trip on the road. Pity we couldn't stay longer.

All staff were very helpful and polite. We were made to feel very welcome from the start of our holiday. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had excellent facilities. Superb choice at breakfast too. Prime location, 10 minutes walk from the Festhalle/Messe and the No.17 tram stop right outside the hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend this

The room was excellent, clean and comfortable to relax in. Perfect location for doing business at the Messe. - The ease of acess to the Fair was excellent and the overall service and entertainment was very good
