The dinner and breakfasts were excellent. I felt that the hotel staff really wanted your stay to be enjoyable. - Excellent hotel all around. I stayed for three nights and despite the great facilities and complimentary drinks, I must say that the greatest asset of this hotel is the staff. I don´t remember a hotel with as nice staff as the Hotel Hessischer Hof

  It was our first time in Frankfurt and we wanted an hotel which offered an airport shuttle service. Due to the fact that we only stayed for one night, I believe this hotel was one of the best ones in value that I've ever been to. The airport shuttle is free of charge and was on time (both from the airport and to the airport). What a fantastic gesture - My main criteria for hotels mainly are- room with a view and balcony preferred though this is not commonly found for city hotel, but this hotel does:) Ideal for city trip cause its close from main town with literally 5mins drive to Frankfurt Main Train Station by cab. I had a double bed room for single occupancy, it was perfect size, comfy and bright. Shower and hot water works perfectly, weather was cold outside but seems hotel set temperature was perfect that I did not need to switch on the
