Everyone was wonderful, in all aspects from check in to check out. The concierge prepared an itinerary for the rest of our trip that was most impressive. I highly recommend this hotel and staff. I would definitely stay here again. -

The Front Desk Staff were wounderful, with a positive attitude, and went the extra mile. All info about cultural sites, flights, taxis, and logistics is available instantly. The apartment was good for 3 travelling together. 1 double bedroom
and a living / sleeping area with 2 bathrooms. It was
spacious, comfortable and within walking distance from Marienplatz
and Hauptbahnhof. Kitchen facilities were adequate (no sink plug)
with supermarket nearby. Washing machine, airer, iron and ironing

New hotel, are bright and large rooms ( we had a 501 502 - window left into an alleyway, it was quiet with the Windows open), bathroom accessories (even the Slippers were provided), the towels changed every day, coffee maker in room, tea-coffee making facilities replenished every day. Staff were friendly. Excellent location: only 1-2 minutes to the Central station, 3-5 minutes to the center, to the shopping street.
I recommend, if I will be back in Munich - we would definitely stay in this hote

loved this hotel! We had a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Don't be deceived by the surroundings when you walk down the street to the hotel.
The breakfast buffet is excellent with great choice and very fresh.
Location walking distance from Hauptbahnhof and therefore easy to get any where in Munich via the U bahn and S bahn.

ειναι τα δευτερα Χριστούγεννα που περναμε στο Holiday Inn Munich City Center . Αυτό πιστευω τα λεει όλα . Επιπλέον το προσωπικό είναι πολύ επαγγελματιες , ειδικα στην ρεσεψιον αλλα και στην καθαριοτητα δωματιου , πραγμα που εχει αλλη αξια οταν ταξιδευεις με μικρα παιδια. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. 5mins walk to the main train station to link to any destination in the city. Lots of restaurant and shops in the vicinity.
Get the hotel to book a ticket for a football match through email prior to my arrival and the hotel help me out on this. In the end, the tickets were given free complimentar

We were traveling by train so having the main train station 10 minute walk away from the hotel was convenient. Also 10 to 15 minute walk to city center. Staff very helpful. - Excellent value for the money. Excellent location.
