I liked the friendliness of the staff. They were very accommodating - wewere able to leave our luggage at the reception on the first night as wehad areservation and were running late. nice room with a little fridge, stove, microwave etc. They gave two bottle of water and two bottles of beer a day for free which is very rare in Europe. This was the best placed we stayed during our entire trip accross europe. - Great room, very nice hotel, very nice hotel staff

This hotel is in line with other Marriott Hotels chain i have stayed world wide. Very large rooms tastefully furnished & comfortable beds. The rooms were air conditioned. The Breakfast spread was wow. I specifically like the concept of 'The Market' , which is a good replacement to the minibar. Friendly & helpful staff. -

staff at the reception were so nice and helpful, check in and check out were fast and smooth.
But in my check out bill there was an extra charge for breakfast for two (i never had a breakfast in the hotel ) so when i said it must be a mistake the guy from the reception apologized and remove it from my bill immediately.

Rooms are excellent - large, modern, clean. Bathrooms are small but well designed with rainshower heads and sleek fixtures.
Location to prime areas (specifically the main train station and Marienplatz) are very good, but there are many hotels in the area that provide the same locale.
Parking is 18 Euro per day but not always available. Food (breakfast especially) is ridiculously overpriced, but makes getting it an easy decision as there are so many breakfast options nearby at a very reasonable

I was travelling on business and visiting a company located to the north of the city, so wanted a hotel conveniently located for both the centre and the business park I was visiting. Very good location to center and airport, only 10 minutes walking from the metro station.
We were very pleased with friendly, attentive and helpful staff.
The room is big and spaced, with a comfortable balcony that directs to a great park with squirrels. Very silent place to sleep.
The next time we'll go to Munich, we'll choose this hotel again.

you can walk for the central train station and go anywhere....but you are in downtown and can visit almost everything by foot! nice coffees and markets at the next block. the one room apto is a reversable living/bedroom. Bed is ok, sheets too. Pillows are very thin.... Towels are slightly old... and small. You need to pay for cleaning the room (2
