  The staff went out of their way to meet our needs, nothing was a bother. They were all very friendly and helpful, everyone down to the cleaning lady. We loved the spacious sunny room with the balcony. - Very friendly and serviceminded staff

The location is perfect, near to the Netto, KFC, McDonald's and to the best shopping area in Berlin.   It was very quite even though it was in the center of the shopping/business district.   The rooms are mini apartments with kitchen, dishwasher, sink, over/microwave, and various utensils. The hotel is just a block from the main shopping street and 2 blocks from the S7/S5/S75 line and 2 blocks from the U1 lines so it's really convenient. Kitchen was well equipped. It was fairly close to shops in town, but at least 10mins walk to the nearest train station. Location was quiet and we felt very safe.
